Team Evaluation

Team Evaluation is a tool that can be used to measure the performance of all aspects of your internal and external project team. This can help you to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Team Evaluation allows you to create rating schemes that measure the performance of external organizations, individual contacts, enquiries, and projects. These rating schemes can be customized to include a variety of questions, such as:

• How well did the entity meet the project's objectives?
• How timely was the entity's work?
• How well did the entity communicate with the project team?
• How satisfied were you with the entity's overall performance?

Once a rating scheme has been created, it can be made available to project members via the Team Evaluation tab on associated record types. When users rate entities, the results are pooled and the average performance score is displayed on the General tab on the respective entity record.

Charts

Team Evaluation also includes several charting options that allow you to visualize trends on how project teams are performing over time, and against other projects. This can be helpful for identifying areas where performance can be improved.
